Nancy McNulty – President
Honored by Executive Nashville magazine as a woman in business innovator and Your Williamson magazine as a female entrepreneur, Nancy McNulty brings a tapestry of news, government spokesman and public relations experience to her unique perspective of content marketing. Beginning as a newspaper and radio news reporter, she went on to serve as one of the state’s youngest spokesmen for TOSHA (Tennessee Occupational Safety and Health), Workers’ Compensation, mine safety and job training. She was responsible for creating and implementing dozens of public safety and education campaigns – one of which earned numerous American Advertising Federation Nashville (ADDY) awards. She also served on two different Governor’s Information Staff for emergency response.
For almost a decade via McNulty Communications, her public relations efforts built and launched a spectrum of projects from premier home tours and new businesses to product lines and signature events like the Chair-ish The Night With Vince Gill Benefit for STARS. She has also created and implemented award-winning campaigns including the regional Emmy nominated STARS’ (Students Taking A Right Stand) bullying prevention public service announcement (PSA), produced a world premiere original play and marketing and media relations for the 2011 Southern Living Showcase Home earning Castle Homes’ Southern Living Custom Builder of the Year. This project led to her serving on the 2013 PR team for the nation’s only Southern Living Idea House at Fontanel and the 2014 HGTV Smart Home built by FHM client, Carbine & Associates. She is currently a monthly columnist for The Southern C. The secret sauce for Forest Home Media is working with a community of creatives delivering clients engaging campaigns based on strong content creation helping successfully build, brand and grow their businesses into industry leaders. Geinger Hill – New Media Manager
Geinger Hill is a prolific area photographer, video editor and graphic artist. As FHM’s New Media Manager, her photography has already been part of national stories for This Old House, Romantic Country Homes as well as Nashville Lifestyles. She served as a creative partner for Forest Home Media’s work on the 2014 HGTV Smart Home. A Southern Illinois University business management and marketing graduate, she was previously a marketing project leader for Great American Opportunities, Inc. Hill assists Forest Home Media clients in social media management, blogging and video content development while expanding in-house client photography and graphic arts services.
Dana Tucker – Creative Consultant
A founding partner of Forest Home Media, today Dana Tucker continues as a creative consultant and is assisting with the marketing of the inaugural House for Hope Designer Show House, March 4-12, 2017.
Showcasing the artistic talents of her talented husband, Brooks, she has co-founded and establish with him a popular faux finishing design business, Bella Tucker Decorative Finishes, including designing the company website, marketing, writing for popular industry publications and blogs. She has built a national reputation in the home industry for a progressive use of product and technique.
Lindsey Locke Anderson – Public Relations Assistant
After serving as a Forest Home Media 2015 summer intern, Lindsey has remained as a valued asset to Forest Home Media public relations efforts as a PR assistant. Completing her senior year at Samford University in Alabama, she assists with news release writing and online distribution as well as helped launch the inaugural Nashville Symphony Show House for client, Castle Homes.
