As Nashville area marketing specialists for home-related businesses, we are thrilled to be partnering with top Nashville builder, Carbine & Associates, whose team was chosen to build the HGTV Smart Home 2014.
Set to be unveiled April 1 via a virtual tour, my partner, Dana Tucker, and I headed to Knoxville this week for a field trip to the corporate headquarters of the Scripps Network, parent company for HGTV, Food Network, DIY, Cooking Channel, Travel Channel, Great American Country and CityEats.
Here’s a short flipagram overview of our visit with Lee Hall, director of corporate communications.
We were also thrilled this week to get a tour of the fully decorated home with some fabulous art from York & Friends Fine Art. Located in the pretty Green Hills area, we met several folks from the team including HGTV Managing Editor Virginia Moon who was preparing her latest report on how things are progressing in the home with “bold colors, clever gadgets and stunning design.”
We agree and wait until you see the home’s beautiful construction as well with several elements we haven’t seen before! You’ll want to follow Virginia’s blog for all the latest. Dana’s favorite is the music room and mine, the kitchen. You’ll have to give us your opinion and most importantly, be sure to register to win the home in the sweepstakes which begins mid April.
In addition to assisting with an upcoming media day and blogger event, we are posting regularly for Carbine & Associates on their Facebook page and website as well as Forest Home Media’s so be sure and check it out as well as this Pinterest board!
